Welcome to BeadsHub. Please read these Terms before using the website, image-to-bead-pattern maker, pattern gallery, account features, or related services. By using BeadsHub, you agree to these Terms.
BeadsHub provides online tools and content for fuse bead, Perler-style, Hama-style, Artkal-style, MARD-style, and related craft projects, including:

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information and protect your login method, password, magic links, passkeys, or two-factor authentication details. You are responsible for activity under your account unless the activity resulted from our error or unauthorized access that you promptly reported to us.
If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us as soon as possible.
You keep your rights in content you upload, create, or save, including images, patterns, titles, descriptions, tags, and other materials. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed to use that content and that your content does not violate someone else's copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
When you save, publish, or share content on BeadsHub, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, transform, generate previews of, distribute, and promote that content only as needed to provide, maintain, improve, and market BeadsHub.
If you make a pattern public, other users may view, download, favorite, like, share, or remix it within the permissions you choose. Do not publish content that you do not want others to see or use.
Images, patterns, and descriptive text that you upload, convert, save, publish, or share must be original to you or based on material for which you have the necessary authorization, license, or other lawful right to use. Do not upload, convert, or publish movies, animation, game characters, brand artwork, photos, illustrations, patterns, tutorial screenshots, or other copyrighted content unless you have the rights needed for that use.
Giving credit, leaving a watermark, labeling something as "for learning only," or saying it is "non-commercial" does not by itself mean you have permission. You are responsible for confirming that the source image, reference, generated result, export, and public pattern may legally be used in the way you use it, including downloading, printing, sharing, selling, remixing, or publishing it to the gallery.
If you believe content on BeadsHub infringes your copyright or other rights, please contact us with the relevant details through the contact page. We may remove content, restrict downloads, or suspend related account features based on applicable law, rights holder requests, or our platform judgment.
Public patterns, titles, descriptions, tags, comments, remixes, makes, and other user-generated content that you publish or submit to BeadsHub must comply with these Terms, our Community Guidelines, and applicable AdSense and publisher policy requirements. We may review content before or after it appears using manual or automated methods, and we may hide, remove, limit visibility, restrict downloads, close comments, request changes, or limit account features.
Comments and other interactive areas must not contain spam, malicious links, scams, infringing content, adult or violent content, hateful or harassing content, or other material that violates the law, platform rules, or advertising policies. If you see suspicious, violating, or otherwise unsuitable public content, please report it through the contact page with the page URL and a short explanation.

We may remove violating content, limit account features, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with legal processes when appropriate.
BeadsHub tries to generate clear and useful patterns, but results depend on the source image, palette, dimensions, color count, screen display, print settings, and physical materials. We do not guarantee that every pattern will exactly match a brand's physical bead colors or that a finished craft will perfectly match the on-screen preview.
When using irons, heat-fuse materials, sharp tools, or small parts, follow material brand instructions and use appropriate safety precautions. Children should use craft materials with adult supervision.
Perler, Hama, Artkal, MARD, and other brand names may belong to their respective owners. BeadsHub uses these names to describe compatible palettes, material types, or craft contexts. This does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or official partnership unless a page expressly says so.
If BeadsHub offers subscriptions, points, paid downloads, or other paid features, the price, benefits, billing cycle, trial period, and cancellation terms will be shown during checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their terms.
Unless the purchase page says otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, completed digital content, points, downloads, or subscription fees may be non-refundable. You can cancel future subscription billing through the purchase flow or account settings when available.
BeadsHub may include third-party links, login methods, payment services, analytics services, or embedded content. Third-party services are operated by their respective providers and may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We try to keep BeadsHub reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or keep any particular feature. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service for maintenance, security, legal, product, or other reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeadsHub is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, data preservation, accurate results, or uninterrupted service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeadsHub and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, material costs, or crafting time. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to BeadsHub in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability. If you paid nothing, our total liability is limited to USD $100.
Some regions do not allow certain liability limits, so some limits may not apply to you.
You may stop using BeadsHub at any time, and you may delete your account where that feature is available. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk, if required by law, or if the service is discontinued.
After termination, some provisions will continue to apply, including parts of the content license needed for operation and backups, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute provisions, and other terms that by their nature should continue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through page updates, in-product notices, or other reasonable means. Continuing to use BeadsHub means you accept the updated Terms.
